The rules developed and approved in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On exchanges and exchange activities" in a new edition

On May 2 of this year, an enlarged meeting of the Board of JSC "UZEX" dedicated to the results of the exchange in the first quarter of 2015, as well as the setting of targets for the second quarter.

Last week UZEX maintained positive dynamics of trade. In particular, the volume of transactions concluded on the stock exchange for 13 - 19 April amounted 193.8 billion soums, which is by 12.4% higher than the previous week.

For the April 6 – 12 the total volume of transactions concluded on UZEX totaled 172.4 billion soums, which is 13% higher than the previous week.

Sales in the UZEX for the period from March 30 to April 5, increased from 149.6 billion soums to 152.6 billion soums, which is not typical for the beginning of a new month. The main growth factor was the increased activity of the bidders on almost every exchange trading platform.

From June 1 2015 the Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange (UZEX) launched a new electronic trading system (e-catalog) in public procurement procedure according to which the purchase of goods (works, services) in the amount of basic necessities under one contract equivalent to no more than 100 thousand US dollars will be carried out within 48 hours.

Last week, the volume of transactions concluded on UZEX totaled 149.6 billion soums. Positive dynamics of trading noted in the export direction and in the internet trades system.

On March 20, a solemn opening ceremony of the building of the Andijan branch of JSC "Uzbek Republican commodity exchange” after its overhaul took place in Andijan.
