The Commission examines cases of violations committed by brokerage offices, traders, trading platforms and their registrars accredited or registered with UzRTSB JSC and makes decisions regarding them in accordance with the Regulations on the Disciplinary Commission.

The Commission considers the violations committed on the basis of statements by the exchange's management board, the exchange's structural divisions, the exchange's arbitration commission and professional participants in exchange trading.

The decisions made by the disciplinary commission are binding on the members of the exchange and the divisions of the exchange.
