Weekly export volume continues to grow at UZEX | News

Last week, the volume of transactions concluded on UZEX totaled 149.6 billion soums. Positive dynamics of trading noted in the export direction and in the internet trades system.

On the exchange platform goods were sold valued 115.0 billion soums, which is 76.9% of the total volume of transactions. There is a positive dynamics of sales on currency trading platform for the past three weeks. Thus, the volume of export transactions last week increased from $ 2.8 million US to $ 2.9 million US. In this case UDP "Shurtan MCC" sold 2.8 thousand tons of various grades of polyethylene for export.

The positive trend is also recorded on the internet trades, which increased by 22.3%, to 21.7 billion soums. Despite the decline in the number of bidders from 244 to 210, the number of transactions increased by 6%. In turn, the amount of export transactions increased from 652.2 million to 1.5 billion soums, and the volume of sales by small businesses rose to the level of 14.4 billion soums.

For the week the best-selling product group still remains engineering products, sales of which grew from 3.7 billion to 7.2 billion soums. Second place was taken construction materials - 3.7 billion soums. The third result has once again reached for the sale of products of metallurgy in the amount of 1.7 billion soums. The biggest deal of the week was done in Karakalpak branch for the implementation of electric motors to 1.95 billion soums.

The volume of public procurement for the period decreased from 7.9 billion soums to 6.3 billion soums. The amount of budget savings is fixed on a mark of 1.8 billion soums. The share of small business in the total volume of transactions amounted to nearly 100%.

The biggest deal of the week at 131.0 million soums was done in Yunusobod region of Tashkent. Maximum number of online providers of appeals, or 32 counter-offers received service requests for the supply of fittings and brackets in Chirokchinsky district of Kashkadarya region.

A similar pattern has developed in the system of corporate procurement where made 367 transactions totaling 6.4 billion soums. In this case financial savings of customers exceeded 1.4 billion soums or 18.0% of the starting value of the procurement. The share of small businesses in the total volume of transactions took place rose from 98% to 99%.

During the auction, Corporate Procurement on each application received an average of 6 or more counter-offers of suppliers. The maximum number of proposals received per application reached to 27. The share of goods among the committed transactions amounted to 88%, respectively, the proportion of works and services - 12%.
