Over the last week, that is, for the period from March 18 to 24, goods worth 1,654.8 billion soums were sold on all trading platforms of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange JSC, which is 51.3% less than the previous week . Of these, 82.7% of concluded transactions were made through exchange trading, and the remaining 17.3% were through e-commerce trading systems.
The total volume of transactions concluded with the participation of small businesses and private entrepreneurship amounted to 380.6 billion soums. As a result of electronic tendering for public procurement, the total savings of budgetary and corporate customers amounted to 54.1 billion soums.
During the period under review, 2,953 license plates worth 11.1 billion soums were sold through an online auction.

During the reporting period, commodity resources worth 1,368.2 billion soums were sold at open exchange trading, including:
Liquefied gas
8,635.0 tons of liquefied gas were put up for exchange trading, of which 6,256.0 tons, or 72.4%, were sold. An average of 263 buyers took part in exchange trading daily.
During the period under review, the daily average price for liquefied gas decreased from 5,198.8 thousand soums to 5,155.9 thousand soums per ton.
Sugar
During the past week, 8,304.0 tons of sugar were exhibited, of which 4,991.0 tons or 60.1% were sold. An average of 108 buyers took part in exchange trading daily.
During the period under review, the daily average price for sugar of all categories decreased from 13,576.1 thousand soums to 12,970.4 thousand soums per ton.
Cottonseed oil
1,179.0 tons of cottonseed oil were sold through exchange trading. An average of 15 buyers took part in exchange trading every day.
During the period under review, the daily average price for all varieties of cottonseed oil decreased from 11,724.8 thousand soums to 9,899.7 thousand soums per ton.
