Over the last week, that is, for the period from February 12 to 18, goods worth 3,896.4 billion soums were sold on all trading platforms of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange JSC, which is 33.3% more than the previous week . Of these, 66.6% of concluded transactions were made through exchange trading, and the remaining 33.4% were through e-commerce trading systems.

The total volume of transactions concluded with the participation of small businesses and private entrepreneurship amounted to 788.6 billion soums. As a result of electronic tendering for public procurement, the total savings of budgetary and corporate customers amounted to 387.6 billion soums.

During the period under review, 5,043 license plates worth 20.0 billion soums were sold through an online auction.

Exchange trading

During the reporting period, commodity resources worth 2,593.9 billion soums were sold at open exchange auctions, including:

Liquefied gas

Last week, 6,675.0 tons of liquefied gas were supplied, of which 5,791.0 tons, or 86.8%, were sold. An average of 190 buyers took part in exchange trading every day.

During the period under review, the daily average price for liquefied gas decreased from 5,700.3 thousand soums to 5,352.6 thousand soums per ton.

Wheat

Last week, 34,032.0 tons of wheat were sold through exchange trading. An average of 41 buyers took part in exchange trading every day. The average daily sales volume was 6,806.0 tons.

During the period under review, the daily average price of wheat decreased from

2,988.6 thousand soums to 2,957.2 thousand soums per ton.

Sugar

17,980.0 tons of sugar were put up for exchange trading, of which 6,190.0 tons were sold. An average of 6 buyers took part in exchange trading every day.

During the period under review, the daily average price for sugar of all categories decreased from 13,600.0 thousand soums to 13,391.4 thousand soums per ton.
