From June 4, 2019, the Uzbek Commodity Exchange launched a new trading platform and the website mobilraqam.uzex.uz on the sale of cherished mobile numbers through an online auction.

Earlier, UZEX JSC and COSCOM LLC (Ucell) signed an agreement on agreement on conducting e-auction for the right to conclude contract on bidding of chargeable subscriber mobile phone numbers through the UZEX information system.

Mobile phone numbers are put for sale by the Seller – the cellular operator COSCOM LLC (Ucell) through a personal account of UZEX information system on the weekdays from 10-00 to 17-00.

Bidders (legal entities and individuals) must complete the online registration on the website mobilraqam.uzex.uz to attend the online auction.

After the auction is closed, the information system registers the transaction and charges the exchange fee from the buyer. The exchange fee is 3% of the transaction amount.
