On May 23, 2019 Farohidin Ibrahimov, Chairman of the UZEX JSC, and Vladimir Kravchenko, CEO of COSCOM LLC (Ucell), signed an agreement on conducting e-auction for the right to conclude contract on bidding of chargeable subscriber mobile phone numbers through the UZEX information system.

COSCOM LLC (Uсell^тм) is the first mobile operator to offer selling its paid categories of mobile numbers through the new electronic trading system of UZEX JSC.

The agreement between UZEX JSC and COSCOM LLC (Ucelltm) was drawn up in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 249 dated August 2, 2016 and provides for the cooperation of two companies in the selling subscriber telephone numbers through the UZEX online auction.

As part of the aforementioned decree and agreements reached, the corresponding rules for conducting an electronic auction in the information system of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange were developed.

Currently, experts of the exchange have developed and tested a new website for the implementation of mobile phone numbers with a cherished set of numbers through an online auction.

Both legal entities (B2B) and individuals (B2C) will be able to participate in the online auction as buyers. The new bidding mechanism, similar to the other trading platforms of UZEX and is based on the principles of openness, transparency, competitiveness and equal access for all bidders.

The launch of a new trading system and website of UZEX JSC is expected in the near future.
