May 20, 2019 in the building of the Bektemir hokimiyat of Tashkent city was held a training seminar for specialists in the field of public procurement. The workshop organized by the Tashkent branch of UZEX JSC and the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main objective of the UZEX seminar was to improve the skills development of specialists in the field of public procurement. Accountants, specialists Tashkent region financial departments and other representatives of public and corporate customers attended the arrangement.

Farhod Makhamedov, Director of the Tashkent branch of UZEX, his speech informed in the seminar participants about the specifics of the special information portal on public procurement xarid.uz. He also represented the mechanism of electronic public procurement, including the order of procurement through an online auction and shop.

During the presentation of the public procurement operator’s trading system, the issues of entering bids to the system, pricing mechanism and interactive services of the exchange were considered. The Call-center work, including client’s consultation on all issues of public procurement noted separately.

Specialists in public procurement also received practical advice on working in the personal office of the portal, in concluding transactions and making payments under the concluded contracts.

At the end of the event, UZEX specialists and the seminar participants engaged of views regarding improvement of the electronic trading system on public procurement and development the functions of the personal cabinet. The exchange specialists answered the questions of the seminar participants, given proposals accepted for further consideration and making appropriate decisions.
