The total volume of sales in September 2015 comprised 618.7 billion soums, against 608.4 billion soums last year. A considerable 46% of all transactions were taken by building materials and food. The sales of polyethylene grew by 63%, with its share rising from 9% to 14%. The share of liquefied gas rose from 14% to 18%, against the backdrop of a 33% sale increase. The currency platform saw 4.6 million dollars sales, including polyethylene with 61% and nonferrous metals with 38%. Mineral fertilisers took less than 1% of export trading.
 
In addition, the reporting period documented the growth of sales, with at least one party being a small business or a private enterprise. In particular, they have acquired raw materials worth 430.1 billion soums, which indicates a 4% increase, compared to last year. Their sales of in-house production comprised 200.5 billion soums, showing a 33% increase over the year. The trades with the participation of small business and private entrepreneurship made up 78% against 67% last year.  
 
The services-exhibition-trades showed the highest sales growth, with a total of 4.7 thousand transactions worth 113.1 billion soums. This indicator grew by 7.6% over the year. The share of small business in all services-exhibition-trades deals made up 78%. The largest transactions accounted for the sales of building materials, car industry, and textile industry, with an overall share of 42%.  
 
D-xarid, a system of public procurement, also displayed positive dynamics, as their volume rose by 7% and made up 48.7 billion soums. At this, budget savings amounted to 15.3 billion soums, exceeding last year’s indicators by 26.7%. The share of small business in state purchases sector made up 99% of the overall number of suppliers. In the reporting period, the system of “electronic catalogue”, operating under catalog.uzex.uz, reported 5.8 billion soums of state purchases, with budget savings comprising 1.7 billion soums. The share of small business in this sector was a neat 100%.
 
The volume of corporate procurement in “E-xarid” system reflected a contrasting decrease by 2.9 billion soums, making up 26.3 billion soums. Yet budget savings increased by 24.7% or 6.4 billion soums, which testifies to growing efficiency of electronic trades. The share of small business in this aspect made up 97% from all trades concluded. During the auctions, each request has on average accounted for 5 and more counter proposals.
